Michael - Owner/Head Trainer
My name is Michael. I have been training dogs professionally for a little under 10 years. To me, dogs are more than just a passion, dogs are my life. I started in the industry training everything from Personal Protection dogs to high level service dogs. I utilized that platform to learn everything I could about the mind & inner workings of dogs. Today we are proud to provide elite obedience & behavioral training for any breed, any age & any issue. Carson - Owner (Doesn’t Actually Do Anything Just Enjoys The Lifestyle)
Carson is the type of Owner that just shows up & makes decisions even though he has no idea what type of business he actually owns. Frequents dog parks showing off his fancy attire & brags about his achievements.
Alexis - Owner/ Director Of Operations
Hey guys! I’m Alexis, Michael’s better half. My background includes 8+ years working in corporate America to now operating Custom Canine Companion from behind the scenes. Like most, I grew up with a small zoo (God bless my sweet mother) and lots of furry friends. If you every have a question or need something scheduled, I’m your gal. Gracie - Chief Ball Tester
Since the time Gracie was a puppy, she knew her passion was fetching tennis balls. With Gracies determination & drive for fetch, she knew nothing could slow her down (including furniture & fences). At about the age of 1, she met Carson who tried to force her to start a business together. Gracie just snarled & ran. Carson eventually convinced Gracie by purchasing a dump truck full of tennis balls. Not even sure Gracie realizes she’s in business with Carson.
Merle - Operations Barker
Merle is the Custom Canine Operations Barker.Merle is one tough biscuit to work for, nevertheless, he gets the job done. Don’t let his stature fool you, he can bark nonstop for what feels like days. There’s even a folklore passed around the doggie park that Merle once barked for 2 weeks straight just because he could. Merle has been Carson’s distant sidekick for some time now & quite frankly nobody understands why Merle was hired in the first place, but here we are.
Denver - Head Trainer
Denver strives for excellence with every breath she takes. She was once quoted saying, “Don’t ever stop moving, EVER.” Denver sure does live by that motto. She ensures that all dogs coming to Custom Canine NEVER STOP MOVING. It’s is highly encouraged that all listen to her as upper management have all given up & just watch her run circles from sun up to sun down. Rest assured, she will be the first one you meet, swiftly showing off her perfected perimeter run.
Rajah - Groundskeeper
Rajah is our international groundskeeper. She also will let you know when any of the other dogs have her ball. Her favorite hobbies are; stealing the grill pan & ignoring everything that moves. She’s known for her sassy attitude & head-butting Denver when she gets annoying.
Braveheart - Instigator
Braveheart is the head instigator & is unbelievably success at his job. Should there be any moment of peace & quiet, Braveheart will ensure that silence is broken. When he’s not yelping at the clouds, Brave likes to frequently get the zoomies & make sure everybody starts chasing him. Once he’s confirmed that every dog is on his tail, he turns around and plays dumb. Braveheart’s other hobby is whining every single time mom or dad take a breathe while sleeping. He says it’s his way of motivating sleep.
