Boarding at Custom Canine Companion
What We Offer:
Our facility offers a unique home-style of boarding where they get access to 2+ acres of yard to call their own while boarding! Dogs will enjoy a fun and safe staycation, burning off any excess energy during a full day of play with other dogs. Dogs are separated into small supervised playgroups depending on size and temperament, ensuring the comfort and safety of all our pups. They’ll enjoy 8–10 hours of open play per day but there will also be plenty of time for naps and breaks, should they require them.
What To Bring:
For boarding, we encourage you to bring your pup’s own pre-packaged food to maintain their regular diet and avoid any digestion issues. You may consider bringing a little extra food for boarding as they burn a lot more calories in play than they typically do at home! Food (along with any medications or dietary needs) will be served and prepared exactly as requested by each pet parent. We’ll accommodate any special dietary needs your pup may have and won’t charge extra for feeding or administering medication. Bedding and toys are not required as we provide them, but you’re welcome to include them if you’d like!

How To Book Your Dogs Stay:
1) Prior to boarding, a phone evaluation is required so we have to opportunity to learn about your pup prior to boarding. You can schedule your evaluation by clicking the “SCHEDULING” tab here and selecting a date/time that works best for you!
2) Once an evaluation is scheduled, we will reach out to confirm boarding dates and doggy details for the occasion.
Requirements For Boarding:
1st) Schedule A FREE Phone Evaluation (Visit Our Homepage)
2nd) Dogs must be fully vaccinated and up-to-date on all standard vaccinations (a copy of this will need to be e-mailed to customcaninecompanion@gmail.com prior to boarding.
Cancellation Policy:
Payment for boarding is not required until pick up and there is no fee for altering previously booked boarding dates. However, there is a $50 cancellation fee (per dog) if the scheduled boarding reservation is canceled 48 hours prior to the scheduled boarding drop-off date.
Holiday Boarding Policies:
We are closed on all major US holidays including Independence Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Years’ and we do not allow pick ups or drop offs. All dogs scheduled to go home on Thanksgiving Eve, Christmas Eve or New Years’ Eve must be picked up or dropped off by Noon CST. If they are not picked up or dropped off by Noon CST, they will be required to stay until the day following the major holiday.
There will be no transportation service offered over the three-day period covering a major US holiday (Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day or New Years Day); this includes the day prior, the day of holiday and the day following a holiday. If you will be utilizing our transportation service during the week of a major US holiday, that must be scheduled and confirmed at least one week prior to the boarding appointment or will not be guaranteed.
