Booking Policies:

Bookings at Custom Canine Companion are similar to those of a hotel. Each Night/Day Cycle resets at 12pm Noon. Meaning that if you pick up your dog after 12pm, you may be charged an extra day unless discussed prior with proper staff members approval.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

Since our slots are very limited, we require at least 36 - 48 hours notice prior to canceling unless discussed with the proper staff member. If you cancel under the time frame, you may still be charged up to 50% of your stay since we may not be able to re-fill that slot reserved.

Prior To Drop Off:

  • You must provide copies of all vaccinations & they must be up to date & current. Please provide those copies at least 24 hours in advance so we can sort out any discrepancies.

  • You agree that your dog is free of fleas & if your dog arrives at our facility with fleas, they will receive a speciality bath as well as a Capstar flea & tick at an additional $10 dollars to your stay.

  • You must provide your dogs food & any other necessities including: medications, allergy sprays, etc…
